Do you service your machines?
Yes. We offer two options for service. The machine can be sent to our warehouse to be serviced or our service tech can service the machine at your location.
What expenses can I expect for a service call?
The costs incurred will need to be covered such as airfare, hotel, car rental, mileage, meals, parts and labor. Call for labor rates, appointments and approximate costs.
Do you offer discounts on labor?
Customers who are current V-nail customers are only charged for half a day’s labor instead of a full day’s labor.
What are the warranties on your machines?

Our new machines come with a 2-year warranty on mechanical parts and a 1-year warranty on electrical parts which takes into effect upon delivery, except on standard wear parts. The detailed warranty is written in the machine manuals.

Our refurbished machines come with a 6-month warranty on electronics and 1-year warranty on mechanical parts which takes effect upon delivery.

What if I have a problem with any of the products from you?

Call us immediately Monday-Friday between the hours of 8-5 Eastern standard time.
